Melanie joined the team on May 25, 2026, as a Virtual Service Representative. A graduate of Sheridan College with a degree in Animal Care, Melanie brings a strong passion for animal well-being and client support to her role, helping create a welcoming and compassionate experience for both pets and their families. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and calm, friendly approach, she works closely with clients and veterinary teams to ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional service.
Dedicated to supporting high-quality veterinary care, Melanie enjoys building lasting relationships with pet owners. Whether she is assisting clients, coordinating appointments, or answering questions, she is committed to making every interaction supportive and stress-free.
Outside of work, Melanie loves spending time with animals and exploring the outdoors. She can most often be found hiking with her two rescue dogs: Gabby, a German Shepherd Terrier mix, and Rafael, a Min-Pin Chihuahua mix.
