Kailey is a veterinary client care professional with over 10 years of experience in veterinary medicine, primarily within general practice settings. Known for her compassionate approach to client communication and strong organizational skills, Kailey is dedicated to supporting both pet owners and veterinary teams in fast-paced environments. Driven by a lifelong love of animals, she joined the field to make a meaningful difference and takes great pride in helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their pet’s visit.
Outside of work, Kailey loves staying active with her pets and regularly participates in dog sports, particularly ratting with her terriers.
Kailey lives with her husband, their two children, and a busy home full of animals. Her furry family includes three dogs named Rayne, Radley, and Riot; a cat named Tommy; and two chinchillas, Cinccino and Minccino.
