Dr. Raelyn McCurdy is a veterinarian who graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary
College in 2023. After beginning her career in general practice, she followed her
passion for emergency medicine and joined our team in the summer of 2024.
Originally from Ontario, she moved to the East Coast in 2017 after completing her
Master of Science in Animal Nutrition at the University of Guelph. Raelyn has a strong
interest in exotic animal medicine, anesthesia and pain management and clinical
nutrition.
In her free time, Raelyn enjoys playing volleyball, photography and scuba diving. She
shares her home with Clark, a retired teaching beagle; her hamster, Sprout; and her
goldfish, Enzo, who just celebrated his 11th birthday.
